Jack and Ryne reading a book together. I should mention that right after I took this picture - Jack took a book to the head courtesy of Ryne.
My silly Ryne. He got away from me when I was changing his diaper.

After their nap, this is what I walk in to! How cute are they!?!?!

The boys playing in the garden.Time has really flown by! I can't believe that the boys are 10 months old! Ryne and Jack are crawling around (they are quick little buggers!) and they are cruising around on the furniture too. Both boys are able to let go of the furniture and stand by themselves for a couple seconds.
We went to Brookfield Zoo for the first time with Teri, Ethan, and Aubree. I think that the boys had fun - they didn't cry too much. I don't know if they really knew what was going on - but I got some great pictures. We also went to the Dinosaurs Alive! exhibit. It was great - thanks to Ethan who was telling us all of the dinosaurs.

The giraffesOn September 5th, Uncle Adam and Aunt Megan (my brother and new sister-in-law) got married! The boys went to the rehearsal dinner but did not attend the wedding. Instead, they stayed home with Gramz (Chris's Mom) and had a great time - she made up a new game that the boys love - she would make Ryne Tacos and Jack Tacos.

Jack, Nana, and Auntie Bon at the Rehearsal Dinner at Alley 64. Jack is not drinking her beer - he has a paci in - but he loves bottles. We are also trying new foods. So far they love waffles, strawberries, and cheerios. I am trying to get them interested in veggies, pasta, and other fruits. Some things are working and some don't. But we always fall back on baby food - which isn't bad - but it would be a little easier if they could just eat what Chris and I eat during dinner.
Ryne clapping his hands
Ryne and Jack are babbling a lot more. They say "da da" and "ma ma". Usually they will say "da da" all day, but when they are upset - it immediately turn to "ma maaa". I guess I should be happy that they want me to comfort them when they are upset. They are at a fun age right now though.
